We are very happy to announce that today marks the fifth anniversary of the Frans Seda Foundation.

On the 16th of february 2012 the Frans Seda Foundation was formally founded by a notarial deed.

Over the past few years, more than 70 people have participated in our programmes. We look back at three wonderful seminars in Sint-Michielsgestel, Bogor and Den Haag and are excited to welcome again 20 young leaders to Yogyakarta in July 2017 for the fourth edition of the Frans Seda Foundation Seminar.

Besides our annual seminar the Foundation also provided several scholarships to talented students from Tilburg University, Atma Jaya University and the University of Indonesia. These scholarships have been used by the students to conduct their research in either Indonesia or the Netherlands.

We hope that within the next five years we can continue expanding our programmes and keep creating bridges between Indonesia and the Netherlands by connecting young leaders to each other in the name of the late Frans Seda.

To all of you who have contributed to the goals of the Frans Seda Foundation by participating in our programmes, we say: thank you. We wish you all well and are looking forward to working together with you again in the future.
